CORPORATE INFORMATION :
We are a group of Foundries manufacturing intricate shell moulded castings in Grey Cast Iron abnd aluminium castings etc. by low pressure die casting process. Our foundries are TS 16949 certified by B. V. Q.I. In Grey Cast Iron Foundries we produce approx 14,000 tons of good castings per annum, ranging in wieght from 2 Kg to 25 kg. We have fully equipped facilities consisting of shell moulding m/cs., core shooters, centrifugal casting m/cs, medium frequency melting furnaces etc. In machine shop, we have CNC Lathes, VMC's and other machines supported by required inspection & testing equipments including CMM. In domestic market, we supply to all major 2W/3 W OEMS and also exportinGermany, UK & Italy to both OEM & Tier I customers such as Cummins - UK, Yamaha/Lombardini - Italy and Kolbenschmidt/Mahle-Germany. In our Aluminium Foundry, we do products such as cylinder heads, pipe inlets, Dis brake Master Cylinders/Callipers, Radiator tanks, etc. with LPDC and GDC process.
